About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
