About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at SPI Health and Safety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments on customer sites to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and consulting services to clients on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safe work procedures to minimize the risk of injury or illness.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement health and safety management systems.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety.
  • Experience as a health and safety advisor or consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
