Family Services Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Family Services Director at Burlington Memorial Gardens in Burlington, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with families to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to help them plan for the future.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, outstanding paid training, and a generous merit-based pay structure. Key Responsibilities- Working with client families to assess pre-arrangement needs and provide personalized solutions
- Communicating the Company's Pre Need Funeral planning program to community organizations and hosting seminars and mall shows
- Generating lead sources by following-up on referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops, and working with at-need families to promote the after-care program
- Presenting to community organizations and arranging and hosting seminars and mall shows to promote the pre-need funeral program
- Ensuring all contracts are accurately completed and required signatures are obtained
