Clinical Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Project Lead to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading clinical projects from design to implementation, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical projects, including EHR design and implementation, with a focus on Transfusion Medicine workflows and Canadian healthcare systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including informatics, business analysts, and EHR build teams, to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and issue mitigation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Provide strong written documentation, including project status updates, governance decision tickets, and project reports.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, to track progress and manage resources.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, facilitating project team scrums and ensuring effective issue escalation and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Project Lead or CI Leader, with a strong background in Transfusion Medicine workflows and Canadian healthcare systems.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from design to implementation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
