Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Urban Nail Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front end, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our front end team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the appearance of our store, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our front end team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front end supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
