Your Role

Reporting directly to the Sales and Travel Advocate Team Leader, you will be pivotal in fostering positive interactions across all communication platforms (phone, social media, and email). You will manage your leads throughout the entire sales journey, from initial contact to booking conversion. We believe that success in sales starts with being a champion for our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Championing Customer Interactions

As a key member of our team, you will represent the company and be the primary contact for sales and customer engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the complete sales process from initial interest to final payment, including pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up actions.
  • Making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, and following up on active inquiries to ensure a comprehensive experience for anyone who reaches out.
  • Responding to customer inquiries (website forms, social media messages, chat, and phone calls), engaging with potential clients to answer questions and foster loyalty from the outset.
  • Tracking new leads and assisting in maintaining the CRM database to ensure accurate and consistent data management.

Championing Customer Satisfaction

  • Building a strong rapport with past and prospective customers while identifying and understanding their travel preferences.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through accurate and timely information regarding destinations and inclusions.
  • Assisting in preparing customers for their upcoming journeys.
  • Proactively anticipating future customer needs by promoting our strong value proposition, tour experiences, and related products.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and being open to enhancing the team experience in every possible way.

Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales and customer service.
  • Fluent proficiency in English; French is a plus.
