Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ORION Financial Services. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
    • Manage and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
    • Coordinate and implement office procedures and policies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
