Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our team at Chemazone Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and investigate potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Operational Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum productivity.
- Leadership and Team Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate a team of 3-4 people to achieve business objectives.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control, buying and selling of financial products, and assessing credit and loan applications.
- Authorization and Oversight: Authorize loan and credit applications and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Advisory Role: Advise senior management on business strategies and operations.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide ongoing support.
- Business Development: Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers.
- Cash Management: Manage cash and perform variance analysis to ensure financial stability.
- 3-4 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English.
