About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at PUR & SIMPLE Breakfast & Lunch as a Kitchen Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Food Preparation: Load buspans and trays, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and portion and wrap foods as needed.
  • Receiving and Storing Supplies: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure that all necessary items are available for use.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed for food preparation.
