Restaurant Operations Manager

SAANVI ENTERPRISE INC. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance on food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity is essential.
