Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at G & B Fuel & Convce Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales and customer service targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that our store's inventory levels are accurate and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales floor staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and meet their sales targets.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it is clean, well-organized, and meets our company's standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of this role.
