Internal Medicine Specialist

We are a dynamic and patient-focused medical practice in London, Ontario, dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community.
As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and managing complex internal conditions, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to adult patients with a wide range of internal diseases and conditions.
- Diagnose and manage complex acute and chronic illnesses, including those affecting multiple systems.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapies accordingly.
- Provide preventative healthcare counseling, including guidance on lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate effectively with our healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in internal medicine through continuing education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice medicine from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Certification in Internal Medicine by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the broad field of internal medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.
