Poste d'Artiste Technique Senior

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Artiste technique senior pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement de jeux vidéo à Gameloft. Ce projet innovant mélange les mécaniques Action-RPG/Survie avec les éléments uniques des jeux de simulation de vie afin de redéfinir le genre et de capter l'imagination des joueurs du monde entier.

Compétences requises :

  • Connaissances approfondies des outils et des flux de travail pour les productions multiplateformes liés à l'ensemble des grandes disciplines artistiques : éclairage, rendu 3D, shaders, post-traitement, système de particules, animation, UI, etc.
  • Compréhension des contraintes techniques pour la production multiplateforme.
  • Solides compétences en rigging et en skinning à l'aide de 3ds Max, avec un accent sur la création de rigs flexibles et efficaces.
  • Compétences dans la création et l'optimisation d'effets visuels avec une connaissance approfondie des systèmes de particules, shaders et de simulations pour la météo et autres effets.
  • Connaissance des langages de script.
  • Connaissance d'outils de profilage.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes pour relever des défis techniques.
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement les idées et les processus.
  • Gestion efficace du temps et capacité à respecter les délais.
  • Connaissance des dernières tendances et vision claire de la manière dont elles s'appliquent à nos projets actuels et futurs.

Responsabilités :

  • Se tenir au courant des techniques et des outils les plus récents utilisés dans le secteur du jeu vidéo, et identifier ceux qui peuvent s'appliquer à chaque projet.
  • Développer et tenir à jour un pipeline artistique optimisé.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe d'animation pour concevoir et intégrer des rigs de personnages complexes, en veillant à leur efficacité et leur polyvalence pour l'animation.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe VFX dans l'implantation d'effets visuels (environnement et systèmes de particules).
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de programmation pour déboguer, profiler et optimiser le contenu du jeu pour les plateformes cibles.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe artistique pour intégrer le contenu artistique dans les moteurs de jeu et créer des outils pour faciliter le processus.
  • Créer des outils pour améliorer le flux de travail des artistes, en tenant compte de l'expérience utilisateur.
  • Assister les artistes en documentant les outils, en créant des directives et en développant les meilleures pratiques.
  • Encadrer des artistes techniques intermédiaires et juniors.
