Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Grounds Supervisor to join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs. As a key member of our property care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests and colleagues
  • Plan, assign, and follow up on colleague tasks to ensure efficient property maintenance
  • Execute seasonal projects and programs, including holiday decorations, gardening, and snow removal
  • Train and mentor colleagues on tools, equipment, and procedures
  • Enhance property through various projects and initiatives
  • Perform labor-intensive tasks, including shoveling, lifting, and pushing
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience and experience in landscaping or snow removal
  • Class 5 driver's license and driver's abstract in good standing
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70+ lbs
  • Ability to work in various temperatures and conditions
