About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless implementation and onboarding of our Compliance product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and onboard global customers onto our product suite, navigating technical challenges and providing excellent customer service.
  • Actively contribute to the Implementation team's knowledge base and learning.
  • Work with Sales team to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and provide technical expertise as required.
  • Submit and maintain ownership of issues to internal support, DevOps, and Product teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup or equivalent.
  • General understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with top-drawer telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently with high attention to detail.
  • Microsoft 365 & Hosted Exchange, G Suite experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Confluence is desirable.
