Senior Manager, S&OP and Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our S&OP and Supply Chain Planning functions in Canada. As a key member of our Supply Chain leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement S&OP processes to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency
- Lead a team of demand planners to prepare and present forecasts to stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and CSP to advance Church and Dwight customer strategies
- Drive supply chain improvement strategies and bring supply chain issues to commercial negotiations
- Manage department resources and develop team members to improve performance
- Support supply planning in executing the supply planning process and providing clear direction to plants, co-manufactures, and suppliers
- BA in related field, MBA preferred
- 7-10 years' experience in Sales and Operation Planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain operations
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and influence skills
- Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder and/or other comparable forecasting software solution(s)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP/APO
- 5-7 years in Consumer-Packaged Goods environment is desirable
- Solid understanding of lean and six sigma
- Experience working within an international matrixed organization
