Job Title: Senior Game Producer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Producer to join our Live Games business unit at InfluencerUpdate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality games on time, while mentoring and coaching junior producers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of producers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and deliverables.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly review project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track and meets quality standards.
  • Communication: Report project progress to the Leadership Team, ensuring timely and effective communication of project status.
  • Best Practices: Advocate for and implement studio best practices, techniques, and standards to ensure high-quality game development.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and delivering games on time, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to drive project success.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline, with experience using project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Game Development: Previous experience in game production, with a focus on live operations and mobile F2P games.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certification a plus.
