Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

PINNACLE SHORT TERM RENTALS INC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field, such as housekeeping or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
