Job Title: Asset Integrity Specialist - Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Integrity Specialist - Electrical to join our Baggage Operations Department. As an Asset Integrity Specialist - Electrical, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing asset management plans for a wide range of asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute asset management strategy, including coordinating work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver and maintain assets, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, and coordinating changes.
  • Provide engineering and technical support by conducting risk assessments, compliance audits, and technical reviews of processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead safety and quality initiatives by providing support with technical and operational reviews, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Identify and recommend solutions based on the results of investigations, root cause analysis, and specialized studies.
  • Manage continuous improvement programs, tracking system performances against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, and planning for various stages of each asset lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Applied Science, Science, Engineering, or RSE Electrician with a preference for a background study including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) applicable to mechanical, electrical, and/or computer science disciplines.
  • Proven experience working in airport-related facilities and/or industrial plant environments, including asset lifecycle development and management, developing and reviewing engineering specifications and standards, conducting and facilitating field reviews and inspections.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a diverse set of data and information in various media formats.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision or direction.
