Pharmacy Assistant - Overnight Shift

London Drugs is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers with daily operations, including general housekeeping, operating the pharmacy computer, and processing prescriptions.
  • Prepare and manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and receiving drug orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous pharmacy experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy software.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to customer service.
