Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in Ontario, a market ripe with opportunities in the rapidly growing EV charging industry.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving significant business growth by identifying strategic opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
With the EV industry booming, you will be at the forefront of capturing market share and leading FLO's growth in Ontario.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Opportunity Assessment: Utilize your strategic insights to evaluate incoming opportunities and determine which align with FLO's objectives, ensuring long-term value creation.
- Team Selling: Partner with colleagues from sales, marketing, product development, and more to deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Big Game Hunting: Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects and Tier 1 accounts. Use a consultative approach to connect with key decision-makers and win new business.
- Enterprise Sales Leadership: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay on top of EV charging trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify and act on new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular reports to management.
