Food Service Supervisor

At Edson Pizza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, team player, and ability to work in a permanent role with 30-40 hours per week.
