About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Bal Immigration Services Inc. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, gathering and researching communications materials, and initiating and maintaining contact with the media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote our services.
  • Communications Research: Gather and research communications materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Program Development: Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to promote our services.
  • Marketing Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Customer Service Evaluation: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
