Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Desi Bar and Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluency in English
