About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Horsch Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Provide customer service and resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property
  • Perform sales and marketing activities to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office and SAP
  • Equipment and machinery experience in agriculture production machineries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Work Environment
