Ahmedsamy Pharmacy Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, customer interactions, and staff performance.
- Ensure that all pharmacy staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our patients.
- Doctorate degree in pharmacy or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
