About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Paviter IT Services Limited. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct business and technical studies to inform system implementation and migration decisions
  • Research and document data requirements, collection, and administration policies
  • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in software development and integration
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with DevOps, Jira, and GitHub
  • Fluency in English
