Key Responsibilities- Authorizing transactions and escalating suspicious activity to prevent fraud.
- Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a thorough understanding of fraud practices and policies.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve service level standards and minimize fraud risk.
- Staying up-to-date with new procedures, technologies, and processes to enhance your skills and contribute to team objectives.
- Fluency in English language skills (reading, writing, and spoken).
- Prior customer service experience and strong interpersonal, communication, and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high workload and call volume.
- Strong critical thinking skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
This role is based in a call center environment with standard office hours and may require shift work, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Flexibility is required to meet business needs.
