Senior Director, IT ERP Product Management

At StandardAero, we're committed to excellence in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field. As a Senior Director, IT ERP Product Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping our IT strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ERP systems across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the IT leadership team in setting the strategy, roadmaps, and vision for ERP systems, driving innovation and growth.
  • Partner with Software Engineering and Project Management Office teams to deliver new capabilities and ensure ERP systems are implemented effectively.
  • Manage staff by recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring employees, setting clear expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Administer the annual budget and control costs, developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate effective conflict management and skillfully handle difficult interactions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • ~10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong background in ERP platforms such as Oracle e-Business Suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies, systems analysis, programming techniques, and design methods, data processing principles, theories, concepts, and terminology.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  • International travel up to 15% of the time.
