Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Tarp & Trailer Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
