iA Financial Group: Software Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solution Architect to join our IT Solutions & Digital Experience team, servicing iA Private Wealth and Capital Markets business lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution design (architecture lead) for all aspects, including technological, organizational, and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain global solution architecture documentation, ensuring integrity and quality of the end-to-end solution.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to maintain corporate alignment and ensure compliance with prescriptive design guidelines and models.
  • Contribute to the project's success by managing target schedule, scope, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management informatics, information systems, computer engineering, or software, mathematics, or any other relevant training.
  • ~12 years of experience in information technology and a minimum of 7 years as an IT architecture professional in various projects and large organizations.
  • Excellent communicator and accessible technical speaker, both with IT teams and business people.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, SDLC, DevOps, Agile, and LEAN methodologies, and ITIL framework.
