Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook/Garde Manger to join our team at Parcheggio. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, adhering to our restaurant's standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Assist in food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
