About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at W6850 Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Portion and wrap foods for customers
    • Package take-out food for customers
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Take customers' orders
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
    • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans
    • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
  • Work Environment
