Job Title: Community Representative

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Community Representative to join our team. As a Community Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our apartment building, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure they are ready for move-in
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
