Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditure Management

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Policies and Procedures

The successful candidate will establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization is operating in a compliant and efficient manner.

Staff Management

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Data Analysis

The successful candidate will oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Reporting

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports to ensure that stakeholders are informed of key business metrics and trends.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP education is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is required.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Personal Suitability

The Business Development Manager will possess excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week in a permanent position. The work language is English.
