Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at WasteHaul Transport Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with senior management to advise on administrative matters
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
  • Provide administrative support to team members and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language
