Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Assistant Superintendent of Learning to join our senior leadership team at Yellowknife Catholic Schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement observable impact planning in alignment with district priorities
  • Lead the development of teaching and learning strategies
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to achieve educational goals
  • Provide leadership and support for school improvement initiatives
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive school improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an educational field
  • Minimum of five years experience as a school principal or equivalent leadership experience
  • Proven experience in using data for school improvement
  • Knowledge of the British Columbia curriculum an asset
  • Experience building relationships with Indigenous peoples, organizations, and communities
