About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Connecting Dots Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Leadership and Problem-Solving
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Payroll and Budgeting
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language
    • English.
