Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, quality patient-centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of Alberta Health Services.
  • Utilize nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to deliver effective patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with an interprofessional healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.
