Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Encore Canada. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment, including sound and video systems, microphones, and projectors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and the equipment is working properly.
  • Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audiovisual technology and equipment, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
