Job Description

At The LEGO Group, we're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure store visual merchandising and display standards are consistently met
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
