About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our mental health and substance use services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health and substance use needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, counseling, and case management.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  4. Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and substance use issues.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients with mental health and substance use issues.
  • Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
  • Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
