Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and to a high standard.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any areas that require attention and implement measures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to management.
- Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning activities are coordinated and do not disrupt other operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1-2 people.

- Work Under Pressure: You will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that cleaning activities are completed to a high standard.
- Repetitive Tasks: You will be performing repetitive tasks on a regular basis.
- Physically Demanding: The role requires a high level of physical activity and manual dexterity.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: You will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Dependability: You must be reliable and dependable to ensure that cleaning activities are completed on time.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cleaning staff and other departments.
- Excellent Oral Communication: You must have excellent oral communication skills to communicate effectively with cleaning staff and other departments.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Judgement: You must have good judgement to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company.
