Head of Medical Staff Services

Overview:
The Head of Medical Staff Services at Pursuit is a pivotal role that significantly contributes to the organization's overall success.
Collaboration:
This position requires close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President of People & Culture to develop and implement strategic initiatives that meet the evolving demands of our organization.
Partnership:
The Head of Medical Staff Services will act as a strategic partner to the Pursuit leadership team, ensuring that People & Culture initiatives align with the business objectives.

Strategic Planning & Development:
- Identify and create programs that align with Pursuit's strategic goals and address any identified gaps.
- Lead the rollout of new People policies, processes, and systems.
- Manage the annual budget allocation for People & Culture initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including setting hiring targets and developing comprehensive plans to achieve them.
Business Partnership, Change Management, and Culture Advocacy:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and other leadership members, fostering a culture of psychological safety and inclusivity.
Performance Development:
- Direct the annual performance management cycle.
- Facilitate Engagement Survey participation and action planning in collaboration with Pursuit leadership.
- Maintain expertise in current and future People platforms, including ADP, iCIMS, and Culture Amp.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures from inception to execution.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in People & Culture, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional ability to cultivate strong relationships, manage stakeholders, and coach leaders is essential.
