Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at 124 ON QUEEN HOTEL AND SPA.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. This includes coordinating inspections, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet hotel needs
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
