Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all office equipment is in good working order and that maintenance and repair work is carried out as needed.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to staff members.
- Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments as required.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Fast-paced environment.
