As a member of our pharmacy team, you will be focused on delivering outstanding patient-centered care and surpassing patient expectations. We seek friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals who prioritize the health needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Surpass customer expectations by fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions; model, coach, and reinforce customer service standards for all staff daily. Implement pharmacy initiatives and product launches to enhance patient service standards, drive sales, manage labor, monitor margins, and control shrinkage. Advocate for patients by implementing and supporting patient-centered care within the professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs. Cultivate a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability and customer service standards while developing and monitoring business plans to achieve KPIs. Actively participate in all areas of Fusion to guarantee seamless patient and facility experiences across locations. Serve as an ambassador for company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure an inclusive pharmacy environment. Oversee the selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes. Foster strong team relationships in a supportive and motivating work environment, ensuring an appropriate balance of labor with each team member working to their full potential. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention); responsible for training staff and ensuring adherence.Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing within the province of responsibility. Certification in Injection and First Aid. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist. Experience with Kroll software is preferred.We offer a competitive compensation package that varies by role.
