Job Summary

The Omni King Edward Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our spa guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate spa services and anticipate guest needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide efficient and personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and creating memorable experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock supplies, and maintain par levels of products.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to achieve financial goals and maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Smart Serve certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
