Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage departments. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of all food and beverage operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we are receiving the best possible products and services.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
