Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lumber Yard Sales Associate to join our team at Coast Builders Rona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining sales records, and preparing merchandise for purchase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare merchandise for purchase, and assist in displaying products.
  • Operational Support: Operate cash registers, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding work environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
